One dealer we know suggested we might be just that, visiting the Art 212 Fair at the 26th Street Armory every day.

But we persisted, and here is the work that reached out to us.

The fingerprint art is by Bay Area photographer Nigel Poor who, all weekend, asked “Do You Have 30 Seconds and Can You Get Your Finger Dirty?” (which is also the name of her project) We said yes, and touched...
