resolve40 Submission Guidelines
Resolve40 accepts submissions from individuals who are active artists. We enjoy reading all work, but, if you would like it to appear on the pages of Resolve40, we strongly suggest that you read as many articles as possible to get an idea of tone, scope and POV. Most important is to write directly to the topic in your own artist's voice.
Length generally ranges from 350-900 words. Exceptions are always made for the exceptional, but in all likelihood a 2000 word article would have to appear as a series of 2 or more parts, if at all. You may also query Resolve40. If submitting a review, please include examples of the work you are writing about. Links to web pages are acceptable for supporting materials. It is also helpful to let us know if there are upcoming exhibitions or other news involving you subject(s).
Material which cannot be accepted for publication is:
1. About your own work or collaborations.
2. About a gallery that shows your work.
3. Writing that is or was designed to be used in a catalog or other take-away accompanying an exhibition.
There is no monetary compensation for publication. Contributors do receive…
